Refund Policy

 

At Bipasha Art and Craft (BAAC), we take immense pride in creating and delivering handcrafted, one-of-a-kind products made with love and attention to detail. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and perfection. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are here to help.

Returns & Replacements

 

Since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and not considered defects. These differences are part of the charm of handcrafted art and make each piece unique.

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

​

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong item has been delivered.

​

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Eligibility for Return

 

To be eligible for a return:

​

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

​

If the product is found to be ineligible after inspection, BAAC reserves the right to decline the refund or replacement.

Refund Process

 

Once your return is approved:

​

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer or UPI after verifying the return.

​

Please note: Shipping or courier charges are non-refundable.

​

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain product categories are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

​

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance offers.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care by the customer.

Order Cancellations

 

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.


Once the item is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


For prepaid orders canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
