At Bipasha Art and Craft (BAAC), we take great care to ensure that every handcrafted product reaches you safely and on time. Our shipping process is designed to provide reliability, transparency, and a hassle-free experience from our studio to your doorstep.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services such as DTDC, Delhivery, and Blue Dart, to ensure fast and secure delivery across India.

At your request, we can also ship parcels through India Post’s Speed Post service.

You may also choose to arrange collection from the courier partner’s local office if preferred.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins carefully preparing and packaging your items.

Dispatch Time: Within 7–10 working days, depending on product availability.
Delivery Time: Usually within 7 working days after dispatch (may vary based on location).
Wholesale Orders: Delivery timelines may differ and will be communicated directly to the buyer.

You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

Dispatch and Tracking Details

After dispatch, we’ll share shipment tracking information (via WhatsApp or email) to help you monitor your package in real time.

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.

BAAC is not responsible for delays or returns due to the recipient’s unavailability at the delivery address.

Packaging and Product Care

Our handmade products—especially jewellery and home décor—are crafted with care and require gentle handling.

To ensure safe delivery, every item is securely packed using bubble wrap, protective boxes, and polystyrene layers to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted in cases where the order has not yet been dispatched.

If payment was made in advance, a full refund will be processed for valid cancellations.

Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
